1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pera77 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pera77 Platform are subject to the following terms:

• Accepted Payment Methods: pera77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards may also be accepted. pera77 does not accept deposits via credit card for gambling purposes, in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱5 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pera77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pera77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any bonus at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

6 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the pera77 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all games:

• Random Number Generators (RNG): All non-live games on pera77 use certified RNG technology to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results or player behavior.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted in real time via video stream. Results are determined by physical game elements (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) and are not subject to RNG manipulation.
• Malfunction Policy: In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during gameplay, pera77 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. 8 Intellectual Property

All content on the pera77 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the exclusive property of pera77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the pera77 Platform without prior written consent from pera77.

12 Termination

pera77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to meet or maintain eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.

Upon termination for cause, pera77 reserves the right to withhold any account balance pending investigation. Where termination is not due to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

14 Amendments
